McDonald's in Heidelberg

Horrible service, don’t even worth a star. Waiting time is too long. I have to wait 15 mins for 6 nuggets. Should put their name as “slow food restaurant ”

You'll meet cool people

Drive thru and in-store service are usually good but delivery is sketchy; most times they forget an item.

Food was hot but they got my order wrong and missed out 2 items and told I had to go through drive through again to order the missing items. :(

Very disappointing, when you first walk in the recently refurbish looks very nice. Unfortunately that's where it stopped. Covid safe! there was no sign of hand sanitiser, tables needed a good clean and one of the kitchen staff had his mask below his nose. Our order included: 1 large sugar free coke which wasn't presented with the meal, when queried where was the coke we were told there wasn't any and offered normal coke. 1 large cappcino which at most was a medium. 2 large fries which infact was 1 and 1/2, when pointed out to a staff member he gave me another portion and sarcastically said was there anything else sir. Sadly it's not only in this McDonald's that suffer from these type of problems, where the staff lack pride and give you the feeling that they really don't want to be there!

Girl that took my order was lovely. The young guy that went back to get me butter for my toasted sandwiches I was impressed 10/10

Helpful staff managed to do what the app doesn't do. App is a total waste of time. Update Dec 18: give this locations drive through a miss. Its disorganised chaos. No outside area for dining. Someone needs to remagine this location, rip it down and start again. Used to be good with outside area, now its a total mess both inside and out.

Really helpful late-night staff - I was being a total pain with multiple orders (including claiming multiple "my rewards" through various accts) but without any attitude at all, nor other hints of annoyance either the girl at the window, as well as the manager were both soooo great and patient - AMAZING SERVICE! Food ready super quickly too, if only chips were fresh n hot (they weren't awful, just lukewarm) it would've been 5 stars.... Still pretty good ?

Still just for takeaway when I went. Quick friendly service.

Clean fast and great service

This is a super busy McDonald's branch with few to no extra parking space. The worst part is that it face the main road which makes it difficult to reach. Service is tad slow as compare to other macca's.

Unprofessional staff

Drove up and asked for a large coke and six nuggets and 3 spicy chicken things. Got up and received the coke then was asked to wait at the waiting bay. 10 MINUTES LATER after basically finishing my coke in the car! A girl brings out my order I drive off getting excited giving them the benefit of the doubt for the very long wait .....and everything was wrong. Called up right as I noticed they kept saying "I can't hear you can you call back" the only reason why they couldn't hear was because of the noise in the background. WASTED MY MONEY! Threw it all in the bin as I didn't eat what they ended up giving me.

Tried to add cheese to a McChicken 3 times now, every time the box has a grill slip on it saying add regular cheese and every time there is no cheese, I don't see how the person making it has time to put the grill slip on but not the cheese, it's so annoying and they have no problems taking my cheese money!!

Staff work very quick and wait time is very short, also there are some really good barristers down there for coffee.

Slow sevice but products as they should be nice and warm

My pregnant wife ate a few mouthful of RAW chicken before realising. 2 out of the 3 burgers were partially cooked. Everybody just be careful and check your food from this disgusting store! Got a refund and explanation " I don't know why..." From the assistant store manager Jason.
